She received her M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and is an active member of the National speakers Association.

Nancy Zembal, Career Consultant

With over thirty years of Human Resources experience, Nancy Zembal’s passion is to provide meaningful help to hard-working professionals. Nancy is a true problem solver with a strong reputation for quickly understanding issues and arriving at the best solution. As a human resources manager in the manufacturing industry, she played a critical leadership role in helping sales management move from a 100% outsourced sales team to an integrated sales team. At Blueprint, Nancy uses her deep expertise in corporate change programs, employee benefits, communications, and finance to help clients manage transitions of all types.

Nancy’s skills and talents have earned her recognition as a “go-to” person. She also is an expert interviewer with a knack for gaining actionable insight. A native of Minneapolis, Nancy has also worked for the Anoka-Hennepin School District.

Nikki Beadle, Career Consultant

Nikolena Beadle is an experienced career consultant with strong skills in recruiting and account management. As a core part of Blueprint’s career transition team, she has provided timely, thoughtful counsel to professionals from many of the region’s most prominent employers. Nikolena joined Blueprint in July 2008 and has since assisted clients with resume development, career counseling, and coaching.

Nikolena is extremely passionate about helping people to discover their unique gifts and strengths, creating strong strength-based resumes, and teaching people how to use social networking to maximize their search opportunities. She received her B.A. in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
